One Pot Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe
I am always a fan of a one pot dish, and if it is a pasta dish, it’s even better. The all in one pasta dishes are always going to make me happy since I can avoid multiple items in the kitchen needing cleanup. On top of that, I can easily serve this up in a bowl without having to worry about multiple serving dishes, spoons, plates, and other utensils. While this is a Cajun dish, the cheese makes it much less spicy so you can enjoy it without worrying about the kids not being a fan of the spice.

I love meal planning for my family. Being a work at home mom, most people think it should be easy for me to cook full meals every night. The truth is, it’s even harder. My work never truly ends as I work for myself, so this job is not a 9-5 job I can always turn off easily at the end of a work day. That makes easy meals like this Cajun chicken pasta recipe a favorite for keeping ingredients on hand to create. It requires so little work and everyone loves it!
